For our Project Entity in Erlangen we are looking for a Project Engineer (m/f) as soon as possible for the independent acoustic processing of quotation and processing projects along the entire energy generation chain.

You will work in a small team of experts and supervise national and international projects. We attach great importance to the ability to work in a team and a very good, harmonious working atmosphere.
We are accredited by DAkkS as a test laboratory for the corresponding test procedures.

You will create sound insulation concepts, immission level forecasts and plan to carry out sound and vibration measurements.

Our quotation projects support you in customer negotiations and the creation of guarantees. Our handling projects advise you on the implementation of noise and vibration protection measures and on negotiations and technical clarifications with suppliers.

What are my tasks?
Analysis and prognosis of noise emissions and immissions Creation of individual sound requirements for small and large components of various designs and functions
Execution of acoustic calculations using state-of-the-art 3D planning tools (CADNA A ®, CADNA R ® )
Collaboration in approval planning
Detailed concepts for noise and vibration protection measures on components and complete systems
Planning and implementation of sound and vibration measurements Documentation and presentation of results for authorities, customers and consultants Contact person (m/f/d) for questions of noise and vibration reduction

What do I bring with me?
Successfully completed university degree in the relevant engineering sciences or physical technology or comparable, possibly with a specialization in acoustics.
Very good IT skills.
In-depth knowledge of technical acoustics as well as standards, norms and guidelines
Knowledge of measurement technology for sound and vibration measurement Basic knowledge of process engineering, plant planning, construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and power plant technology
Good knowledge of programs for sound propagation calculation, preferably CADNA A
Fluent in German and solid English
Other foreign language desirable Intercultural experience desirable
Willingness to travel abroad and ability to work under pressure during measurement operations
