Project Development Manager (Indonesia)

1. Job Position: Project Development Manager (Philippines & Indonesia)
    

Key Responsibilities (in a nutshell):

• Reporting to respective country representatives
• Lead the development of new wind farm projects from greenfield stage to construction and grid connection.
• Conduct feasibility studies, including site assessments, wind resource analysis, grid connection studies, and financial modeling.
• Manage contractual relationships with landowners, vendors, and contractors.
• Secure permits and approvals from government agencies and local communities.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee environmental and social impact assessments to ensure projects meet international standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities etc.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in wind energy technology and regulations.

Requirements / skills:

• 3-5 years experience in wind energy project development
• Strong understanding of wind energy technology, grid connection, and financial modeling.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering wind farm projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English 
• To be based at office in Manila, Philippines OR in Indonesia
