Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Power Infrastructure Development Manager to oversee the development and delivery of High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) power infrastructure for data centers. This key role involves securing power capacity, managing power connections, and leading major electrical infrastructure projects to ensure reliable and sustainable power for operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage HV/MV power infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (utilities, contractors) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Utility Contracts: Oversee power purchase agreements and manage risks related to energy and power supply.
• Energy Strategy Development: Lead strategies to reduce long-term energy costs and optimize infrastructure.
• Due Diligence: Conduct power feasibility assessments for new data center sites.
• Innovation: Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives such as energy storage and renewable energy.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Work with finance teams to manage budgets and analyze project costs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years in energy, utility, or renewable sectors, with expertise in HV/MV electrical infrastructure and project management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical field.
• Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of substation layouts, electrical systems, and power infrastructure.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and constructing substations and transmission lines.
  • Knowledge of innovative energy strategies (e.g., energy storage, smart grids).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and data analysis.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Languages: Essential that the candidate is fluent in German and English.
