Over the past 13 years, our business has had a positive impact on candidates and clients in parallel with our own journey to success. Our ESG pillars support us in our endeavours as we balance our commercial opportunities to support businesses leading the transition to renewable energy and infrastructure, as well as our own environmental and social responsibility. Our business aims to deliver against ambitious targets to create long-lasting social impact, support the natural environment, and uphold high ethical corporate standards.

Impact Newsletter

In 2024, we launched our ESG newsletter on LinkedIn, giving unprecedented insights into our strategic operations in renewables markets, partnerships, challenges, and the personal experiences of our people. So far, we’ve gained over 100,000 subscribers. Join us on our ESG journey.

Our Impact Partners

Since 2021, we have aligned our donations to Cool Earth and Seven Clean Seas with the commercial and cultural performance of our business. Our support is integrated into the day-to-day activities of all our employees, giving them the opportunity to measure and control their own impact throughout their careers.

SEVEN CLEAN SEAS

Seven Clean Seas are on a mission to remove 10,000,000kg of plastic from our oceans by 2025. Based in Bali, they work with local communities to provide employment to local people to remove plastic and other waste from waterways and beaches in Indonesia and Thailand.

For every placement our teams make globally, we remove 1kg of plastic from the ocean with Seven Clean Seas. We chose to align our donations to our commercial performance to ensure that as we grow, our support for combatting plastic pollution grows.

Cool Earth

Cool Earth works to support indigenous communities who protect the best carbon-storing technology that already exists: rainforest. By giving cash donations directly to rainforest communities, they provide them with the autonomy to decide how to lead social and environmental development in the community. In doing so, they can better safeguard the rainforest and allocate resources to improve sanitation facilities, healthcare, and infrastructure where it's needed most.

For every internal peer-to-peer recognition that our people give each other, we donate 23 to Cool Earth. Therefore, the more appreciation we show to our colleagues, the better protected our rainforest communities will be.

UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs)

As part of strategy to measure our ESG impact, we have selected 6 UNSDGs where our influence can be felt the greatest. Our goals demonstrate the wide coverage of our operations across each ESG component and the significant impact that our actions can have in supporting sustainable development.

We have outlined metrics to measure our contribution to each goal, targeting indicators of the goals specifically to ensure strong alignment of our processes with achieving the UNSDGs.
