Project Manager – Water and Wastewater
Location: Roseville, CA
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Water and Wastewater. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering: Apply your expertise in water and wastewater utility engineering to solve client problems and enhance their operations. Experience in water and wastewater treatment process design is a plus.
- Project Management: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, CAD professionals, and field observers. Manage multiple projects and sub-consultants, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Marketing: Develop and maintain client relationships, win new projects, and build a self-sufficient team. Engage in industry associations to expand your professional network.
- Mentoring: Train and mentor younger engineers, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing talent is highly valued.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, or a related field.
- Certification: California PE Certification.
- Experience: 10+ years in professional engineering, with a focus on water and wastewater systems.
- Preferred: Knowledge of California regulations and existing local relationships.
