Position Overview: As a Product Manager at Envana, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical development teams and our product needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance teams, to gather and translate requirements into actionable tasks for the development team. Your insights will guide the development of features and functionalities that enable our clients to effectively manage and reduce their carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Requirement Elicitation:

o    Collaborate with product management and potentially customers to gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

o    Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to uncover user needs, pain points, and goals.

o    Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance.

2.       Requirement Documentation:

o    Create clear, concise, and comprehensive requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.

o    Ensure that requirements are well-organized, understandable, and accessible to both technical and non-technical team members.

3.       Communication and Collaboration:

o    Serve as a liaison between the client, product managers, and development teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment.

o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that development efforts align with business objectives and user expectations.

4.       Feature Validation and Testing:

o    Work closely with quality assurance teams to define test cases and validate that features meet the specified requirements.

o    Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from clients to ensure features are meeting their needs.

5.       Continuous Improvement:

o    Monitor the software's performance and user engagement, identifying areas for improvement and proposing enhancements.

o    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to greenhouse gas emissions management in the oil and gas sector.

6.       Product Documentation:

o    Contribute to user manuals, training materials, and other product documentation to ensure clients can effectively utilize the software.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

·        Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development, particularly in SaaS products.

·        Familiarity with greenhouse gas emissions management in the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·        Proficiency in using requirement management tools and methodologies.

·        Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

·        Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
