To further expand our Global Client Services function and reinforce our dedication to delivering unparalleled service to our customers and key accounts, we are proud to welcome:
- Sean Goldenberg, Client Services Director – US
- Paul King, Client Services Director – EMEA
Together, Sean and Paul bring a combined 40 years of experience in workforce solutions within our key markets.
Introducing Sean Goldenberg
With over 15 years of contract staffing experience—primarily within Power Generation and Infrastructure—Sean has a deep understanding of global human capital solutions. His expertise includes executing strategic programs for complex projects and developing process improvements to ensure seamless global engagement.
As part of our Global Client Services team, Sean will focus on key accounts in the US, working closely with senior leadership to drive long-term success for our partners.
Introducing Paul King
Paul brings 14 years of experience working with global MSP providers, plus an additional decade in senior leadership roles within STEM-focused international recruitment. His extensive global remit has seen him collaborate with clients in over 80 countries. Additionally, Paul serves on the advisory board of a UK university, where he helps shape curriculum development and supports undergraduate employability.
At Spencer Ogden, Paul will focus on enhancing our service offerings for Programme clients in EMEA, playing a key role within our Client Services team.

Richard brings 14 years of experience in engineering and offshore renewable energy recruitment. His impressive track record includes supporting major offshore energy developers in building global teams, from development through to installation and commissioning. With extensive experience managing global delivery teams for offshore wind projects, Richard is highly skilled at fostering long-lasting client relationships.
