In line with these goals Spencer Ogden regards the protection of the natural environment together with the health, safety and environment (HSE) of its staff and the communities in which it operates as an integral part of its business.
Owing to the fact that we are not on our Client’s sites/facilities to monitor our workers and because our workers work under our Client’s supervision, direction and control, it is of paramount importance that both our Clients and workers ensure that the Clients HSE and Security standards are fully communicated, understood and fully complied with, as they will supersede the provisions of this policy.
A global approach to HSE
Spencer Ogden provides global resources to our Client companies through our three regional hub offices based in the Americas (Houston), Asia Pacific (APAC) (Singapore) and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) (London).
Or for any further enquires, please contact our Global Bids & QHSE Manager - Jennifer Plunkett.
HSE Elements
Spencer Ogden investigates all incidents and injuries, including Near Misses, to its workforce to continually improve our own HSE Management System (HSEMS) and where appropriate, that of our Clients. Through these investigations, Safety Alerts and or Guidance Notes are issued, as required, to all SO personnel and if appropriate, to the relevant clients.
Guidance Notes
Guidance Notes are raised when HSE feels there is a need for the whole organisation to acknowledge and take responsibility to comply with enhancements to the HSEMS requirements.
