This job is for a Construction Manager to oversee projects facilities in North Carolina. The role involves managing construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Actively monitor field work quality and adherence to contract specifications.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships, resolving issues as they arise.
• Provide progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain a physical presence on-site for 80% of the project duration.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in power plants, construction management, and equipment such as turbines and generators.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and pollution control equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret construction drawings.
• 7+ years of experience in construction/engineering, with 3+ years in construction management.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

• Duration: 3 months with potential for extension.
