Pay Rate: $42-50/ph

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Construction Manager to join our team. This role is supporting Utility clients upgrading their Electrical Infrastructure with renovations and improvements as well as new construction.  The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role will involve working closely with the Construction and Project Managers to coordinate and supervise all aspects of the construction process.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in construction management
• Ideally not not a must: Prior Transmission line, Substation or Distribution experience
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems and technologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in project management software
