Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Land Manager to join our renewable energy team in the Central Belt. This role is crucial in overseeing land acquisition, development, and management activities to support our renewable energy projects and growth objectives. This role will progress into the Head of Land.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure land acquisition opportunities for renewable energy projects.
- Manage land portfolios and ensure optimal utilization for renewable energy development.
- Oversee renewable energy land development projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence specific to renewable energy.
- Negotiate land deals and liaise with stakeholders, including landowners, local authorities, and renewable energy developers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and renewable energy standards.
- Develop and implement land management strategies focused on renewable energy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in land acquisition and management within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of property law, planning, and development processes related to renewable energy.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple renewable energy projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Relevant degree in land management, renewable energy, real estate, or related field.
